Project Duration
From 2017–2019, Metspray delivered time critical protective coating services for the build of NZICC.
Metspray was selected by our client to carry out this work due to our fastidious quality control protocols. Application was closely monitored to ensure film builds met specifications and adequate adhesion of the site-applied intumescent coatings.
Since the beginning of 2021, the team have been providing a custom, fit for purpose solution to reinstate all coatings to the structural steel in the NZICC building. The project consists of over 100,000sqm of structural steel that is meticulously tracked and traced to ensure the building is brought into compliance. Metspray developed our own QA documentation system for this purpose, which is now available to all Metspray clients.
