What are cold applied wrapping systems? These are versatile, easy to use tapes, typically of a petroleum-based product like bitumen, that are either applied by hand or mechanically to a prepared substrate, and do not need any heat or chemicals to cure after application. Depending on the system, simple hand tool preparation and priming of the substrate prior to application will suffice.
What items can wraps be applied to? Due to the versatile nature of the products used for wrapping, everything from straight sections and bends all the way through to flanges and valves can be wrapped, ensuring long term protection of all items.
